How the engagement works
Before kickoff
Confirm access and ownership
Name the sponsor, confirm participating departments, and agree on the information we may review.
Week 1
Understand the current work
Interview stakeholders, inventory workflows, and capture baseline assumptions.
Week 2
Prioritize and decide
Develop three business cases, document guardrails, and present the 90-day roadmap.

Investment and boundaries

Fixed fee. A $5,000 credit can apply to an eligible follow-on engagement.
- The two-week delivery window starts after kickoff prerequisites are complete.
- The discovery credit is $5,000 of the $7,500 Sprint fee.
- The credit applies once to AI in the Flow of Work or a Workflow & Agent Pilot contracted within 60 calendar days after the executive readout.
- The credit reduces that follow-on project fee. It is not refundable cash, cannot be combined with other credits, and does not apply to retainers.
Not included
- Production automation or custom software
- A formal security audit or legal compliance certification
- Organization-wide employee training
- Software licenses, travel, and third-party charges
Prices are in USD. The proposal confirms scope, delivery dates, applicable taxes, and any travel or third-party costs. Software subscriptions are not included.
Questions about this engagement
Is this just a strategy presentation?
No. The scope includes working documents: a baseline, workflow portfolio, three priority business cases, a risk map, and a 90-day roadmap.
Do we have to buy another service?
No. The Sprint stands on its own. A follow-on engagement is a separate decision, with its own scope and agreement.
How does the credit work?
A $5,000 credit applies once to the enablement program or an agent pilot contracted within 60 calendar days of the executive readout. The full terms appear in the investment section.
